Puff Cigarette's Next line of flavorings have been a big hit with me. The three tobaccos have similar characteristics, and I've enjoyed all of them.
I've got two of these left to review, and the remaining subjects are non-tobaccos. Up today is Next #313, which is their fruit flavor. That's about as good as I can do on the description, as Google translate just provides "fruity" for the description on the item page.
This juice looks just like its stable mates, which is to say that it is a very dark caramel shade. Dark, dark brown. These are zero nic flavorings intended to be mixed 50/50 with your nic base. The Next flavorings are 50PG/50VG, so I just mix it half and half with my PG nic. I mixed this particular sample three or four weeks ago, so it has had plenty of time to ferment.
I will be vaping this 25 mg 75PG/25VG juice at 3.7v on my Bombshell with a 1.5 ohm Cisco atty.
The nose of this juice is sweet dried fruit. Prune-y, raisin-y, somewhere in that ballpark. No trace of the prevalent caramel from the Next tobaccos.
The flavor on inhale is tart and sweet, but undefined. Throat hit is every bit as good as their tobacco vapes. This is a man's fruity vape, full bodied and satisfying.
The flavor on exhale is again, full, dark, dry, sweet and tart. The flavor here just screams dried fruit, but it isn't specifically raisin or prune, although it is definitely in the same neighborhood. I almost get a twinge of apricot from this. The overall effect is that you know it's fruit, but you can't pin it down. It has very good qualities for fruit in a vape. It isn't sweet or cloying. It doesn't taste like candy. It isn't over sweetened like almost all juices are. This is kind of like a fruity note you would get from an aromatic pipe tobacco or a cigar, isolated and amplified. It's very good, and I think even those who don't care for dessert vapes could appreciate this. Vapor production is average for a PG blend, which is simply a function of the juice I made using this flavoring.
Puff Cigarette can't lose with me. I appreciate very much that these juices are unique. I appreciate that they don't offer the insipid dessert vapes that infest so many American vendors. I appreciate that everything about every one of these juices is unique to Next juice. Love them like I do or not, there is no denying that Puff is doing their own thing and not trying to cater to any notion of what the masses want. They copy no one, and this juice is not going to be for everyone. As a result, their product is unlike anything else in the vaping world, and I find it to be excellent. The entire line gets a hearty recommendation from Vapenstein.
