Juice Review: want2vape Alcazar

Today my quest for the perfect cigar vape has taken me to Florida, where want2vape makes their own natural tobacco extract from Alcazar cigars. I am interested in trying every hand made tobacco juice I can find. They are generally much more compelling, if at times on the subtle end of the flavor spectrum.

Cigar is my evening vape. Dim the lights, put on some music or load a movie and sit back, unwind, and enjoy the pleasures of Castle Vapenstein. It's my treat to me at the end of the day. It's the man version of a hot bath and a glass of good wine.

Let's dive right into this juice. I will be vaping this 24mg all VG heater in my Bombshell at 3.7v.

This juice scares me just a little. It is thin as VG goes, but it is molasses-dark. So far it doesn't appear to be an atty destroyer, and I can vouch that it does not linger or need to be blown out like some VG juice.

The nose of this juice is the most cigar-like of any cigar vape I've had. It is amazing, and it really has a note of burning cigar. Not the smoke, but the cigar tobacco aroma from a lit stogie. Wondeful.

The flavor on inhale has that hot cigar tobacco impact at the back of my mouth. Throat hit is extremely good for a VG juice. I would still like to see this juice in a PG base, and I wish want2vape offered that option for those of us who tolerate PG. By far, I prefer PG bases, and only a couple of VG vapes have managed to show me sufficient impact where I didn't wonder "what if?". 

The flavor on inhale is extraordinarily true to the subject. The lingering aftertaste tells me I have been smoking a cigar, and you can't ask for much better than that. This is a strong vape, and one that is not going to appeal to someone who doesn't have a genuine love of cigars. If you're an aficionado, you really need to get yourself a bottle of this juice. I think every cigar loving vaper will appreciate what Donley has captured here. Vapor production is voluminous. Think steam locomotive.

In summing up my evaluation of this juice I have to balance my initial excitement about it with a more detached, objective eye. After some real soul searching, I have decided that this juice is not a Vapenstein It's Alive! Award winner, although it is knocking on that door. It is, however, one of the very best cigar vapes I've had. Flavor and performance combine with an intangible magnetism that pulls me toward juices that receive my highest honor, and while want2vape Alcazar hits many of the right notes, it is not a juice that I find myself reaching for on a daily basis. It is a welcome addition to The Juice Cellar, and is a truly excellent tobacco vape. Heartily recommended to all vapers seeking the perfect cigar juice.
